Creative Lead

Due to the fast growth and expansion of the company we are looking for an enthusiastic team member: Creative Lead.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in creating various types of advertising materials;
• Experience in managing a creative team;
• Ability to monitor deadlines and distribute responsibilities within the team;
• High analytical ability and attention to detail;
• Basic experience working with UA and understanding marketing metrics;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Setting tasks for the creative team and meeting deadlines;
• Creation, management, and continuous optimization of the advertising materials production process;
• Analysis of test results for creative concepts across various user acquisition channels;
• Analysis of competitors and the market;
• Close collaboration with marketing and product teams.
