Customer Support Manager
Apperito is a fast-growing international IT company with the head office in Czech Republic while having employees from nine countries. Our primary business is mobile apps scaling. Due to the fast growth and expansion of our company we are looking for an enthusiastic team member: Customer Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reply to users' messages and emails;
- Advise users on the functionality of our mobile apps;
- Manage feedback from users in app stores (App Store and Google Play);
- Collecting statistics on user requests;
- Assist in compiling F.A.Q. and instructions;
- Interact with the project team to solve user problems;
- Improve and optimize user communication processes.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English (Upper intermediate+);
- Competent, open, polite;
- With a high level of responsibility and independence;
- Attentive to details;
- Passionate about mobile app the way we are.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages (i.e. German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Portuguese);
- Experience in user support;
- Experience in using or working with various mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
